Jennifer Harper, the owner of Grace In Home Care, began her career in home care more than five years ago. She worked as a caregiver first, then moved into a management position. As the full-time scheduler, she gained knowledge surrounding all aspects of home care, as she communicated with caregivers, clients and family members on a daily basis.
When she felt she had more to offer, the only way to grow was to start her own agency. She felt strongly about how clients, their families and caregivers should be treated.
Our caregivers are employees, not independent contractors. They are bonded, and insured for workers', compensation and unemployment. We carry liability insurance and thoroughly screen all of our applicants before hire. This includes extensive background and reference checks. We pride ourselves on creating lasting client/caregiver relationships and put every effort into finding good matches for our clients.
